What Goes into Spray Foam
Spray foam is a polyurethane foam that creates a waterproof, highly insulated barrier. As the name suggests, spray foam is sprayed onto a roof and adds an R-value of 6.3 per inch. This additional insulation drastically decreases energy costs without adding much weight to a roof’s surface.
Spray foam will increase durability while preventing leaks and improving the overall structure and stability of a commercial building.
Our warranties range from 10 to 20 years. All of our warranties are non-prorated, transferable, and easily renewable. Ask us how you can put a spray foam system into your company’s budget expense rather than capital expenditure to save even more money!

What Can Spray Foam Do for You?
- Create a waterproof seal that prevents any future leaks
- Extend the life of your existing roof
- Strengthen your roof while adding very little weight
- Minimize building expansion and contraction
- Increase energy efficiency and lowers utility expenses
- Decrease required maintenance
- Eliminate the need for tear-offs since future re-coats renew the warranty

Steps of the Spray Foam Process

Thoroughly clean the entire roof surface. Power washing loose debris and clearing gravel are necessary to prepare for spray foam application.

Apply SPF (spray polyurethane foam) to the roof. Spray foam must be applied at a minimum thickness of one inch. SPF is applied all over to create a seamless roof.

Apply the base coat. Apply a tacky base coat on top of SPF.

Apply the final topcoat over the entire roof surface. The white topcoat adheres to the base coat and resists dirt, dust, film, or other debris.
